Off to the islands...

oh my...i am so antsy and excited. I can barely sit still. I am leaving tonight for Oahu and the worlds best frisbee tourney. But best of all, i get to see my friends, my ohana!!! And maybe some surf too. Oh my...giddy...pure.

I got a massage this morning and then a chiro adjustment so that my body is ready for some torture. I am all packed. Now i just have to teach a couple of classes and i am off.
